In this episode I was joined by Matthew Cumber, Managing Director of Countrywide Surveying. There’s been a lot of focus in recent years on how technology can improve the home buying process, particularly when it comes to lending and conveyancing. One area that is equally as important but has received a bit less attention, is surveying. So we discuss how Countrywide are using technology to transform their business and what the future holds for the world of surveying.    

Earlier this year Countrywide Surveying Services chose us to do a Digital Experience Audit on one of their existing digital services, so we also discuss their experience of working with our team on the project and some of the insights it delivered.
